Dear Green Heart-ers,
We hope you’re all doing well, and staying positive.
It’s been a while since we gave you an update and we wanted to bring forward new developments your way.
As you all know the Sui team has been staying home since March while working remotely on bringing you stories about our journey and fellow green heart-ers.
First off - We’d like to thank you all for your support during this period. It has meant a lot to us!
As many of you may be aware, Delhi has now eased restrictions allowing workspaces to open up and for non essentials couriers to begin. We’ve spend the past few weeks, working on our processes to make sure we are ready to serve you with a green heart, taking all precautions needed.
Our workshop is now functional and, to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers, we have been following these important procedures:
-Sanitizers installed around the workspace
-Regular sanitization of workspace
-Regular sanitization of equipment
-Mandatory Masks & gloves
-Mandatory download of the Aarogya SetuApp
-Daily Maintenance of records
-1 assigned packer all our orders
-Working closely with our courier partners to make sure they are following all procedures
Our team of thread spellers are now back to work on all days. The rest of the Sui team continues to work from home on alternate days.
In addition to the above procedures, we are also going the extra mile by taking utmost care of the garments by disinfecting them before they are dispatched to ensure that they are safe for you :
The process involves, quarantining, steaming and ensuring a minimum number of people touch the garments along with taking other precautions as mentioned above which are in sync with WHO guidelines.
Please note that our supply chain is still under delays due to COVID - 19. All regular orders will take upto 3-4 weeks to deliver. For more information please visit our shipping and delivery page.
We are excited to be back with a strong green heart and, true to our mantra, are taking it slow as we get used to the new normal.
